Age: 18 Weeks
Weight & Height: At his 4 month appt. he was 28 inches (99th Percentile) and 18 lbs. 3 oz (93rd Percentile). Went down in percentile for weight...lol
Things I enjoy: I like my exersaucer. I love being in a nice warm bath and I love to eat. I LOVE LOVE LOVE looking at myself in the mirror too!
Skills I've mastered: I can hold my head up no problem now. I rolled over once at daycare, but mommy and daddy are still waiting to see me do it at home.
Looking forward to: Grasping my toys and sitting up on my own and discovering my hands and feet.
Tough Times: I still don't sleep through the night. I just really need to eat after a few hours so I know it's tough on mommy and daddy, but I'm working on it. I think they may give me some cereal soon and I think that will help!
Exciting Events: I am moving! LIke my whole house. I can't wait to be in daycare with my cousins. I'm also excited to live closer to grammy and poppy and all my relatives.
Looking forward to: Summer. Emma keeps telling me how great walks are and being outside, but I just think it's cold.
PHOTO DUMP! May have duplicates, but needed you to see the cuteness of my cuties.
So I'm home today with Emma who has croup and an ear infection. It ain't easy being a momma sometimes. I wouldn't trade it for the world but I would take a vacation sometime soon ;)
Emma's Post from her 4 Month Update
Age: 19 Weeks
Weight & Height: At her 4 month appt. she was 14 lbs. 4.3 oz. and 26 inches long. She is in the 93rd percentile for height and the 47th percentile for weight.
Things I enjoy: I like my new jump up and my bouncer. I love babbling to mommy and daddy and giggling when they tickle me.
Skills I've mastered: I can hold my head up no problem now. I can laugh with the best of them and I have discovered my hands and feet!
Looking forward to: Grasping my toys and sitting up on my own.
Tough Times: I wasn't going to the bathroom regularly for mommy and daddy, but it's just because of my age and because i'm breastfed. They know I'm fine, but overreact with worry from time to time. I'm also starting to teethe, so that can bring on some stress as well when I can't calm down. It doesn't happen too often, but I'm gonna have a tooth pop out any day now.
Exciting Events: I moved to the Kitten Room in daycare today, because we are all getting older and we need more space for when we get mobile. I brought my teachers with me though, so mommy and daddy were happy about that.
Looking forward to: Going to the lake house again for Labor Day and getting to hang out with Sheba and all of Daddy's side of the family.
